Am Standort Wahlstedt betreiben wir ein Reparatur- und Analysezentrum für unsere Pumpen. So können unsere Kunden schnell zwischen Reparatur- und Austauschoptionen entscheiden. Das lokale Serviceteam vor Ort bearbeitet alle Anfragen rund um die Werkstattbelange und informiert zeitnah über den aktuellen Stand der Reparatur.

Derzeit suchen wir am Standort Wahlstedt in unserem Service-Workshop eine(n)

Servicetechniker (m/w/d) mit einer Befristung bis 31.10.2025 (mit einer möglichen Verlängerung)

Was erwartet Sie?

  • Sie sind für die technische Analyse von Kundenreklamationen, inklusive Fotodokumentation zuständig,

  • Sie erstellen Befundberichte, Serviceaufträge und Prüfprotokolle,

  • Sie führen die Reparaturen und Montagen anhand von Stücklisten sowie dem ProductCenter und SAP effizient durch,

  • Sie erarbeiten Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Kunden,

  • Sie führen Gewährleistungsanalysen und Analysen von Early-Warning-Produkten durch,

  • Sie führen Werkstatt- und Kundenschulungen durch,

  • Sie stellen Reparaturen für den Versand bereit,

  • Sie erstellen Analysen von Kundenretouren,

  • Sie stellen die fachgerechte und ökologische Entsorgung der im Bereich anfallenden Abfälle sicher.

  • Sie unterstützen bei Projekten.

Was benötigen Sie für eine Bewerbung?

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Mechatroniker/in oder Elektroniker/in, mit Berufserfahrung in einem verwandten Aufgabengebiet,

  • Staplerführerschein ist wünschenswert,

  • Basiswissen in MS Office (insbesondere in Excel, Word und Outlook) und in SAP,

  • Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift,

  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke,

  • Ein hohes Maß an Problemlösungskompetenz sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität
