Job Description:

UPS Västerås söker efter Transportadministratör/Center Clerk för sommaren 2024. Rollen innehåller många olika arbetsuppgifter där du kommer arbeta både självständigt och i team, vi söker därför efter dig som är en lagspelare som bidrar med positiv stämning!

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

Som Transportadministratör/Center Clerk hjälper du chaufförer att lösa problem som kan uppstå i samband med paketleveranser eller hämtningar. Det kan till exempel handla om vägbeskrivningar eller portkoder. Du kommer även följa upp exportens arbete och kontakta kunder för eventuell saknad information. Utöver detta kommer du att ha hand om förlorade och skadade paket (tracers & damages) samt uppföljning och registrering av leveranser. I arbetet ingår även rapportering och analyser gällande vår service och kvalitetsmål.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har ett intresse för service och god ansvarskänsla

  • Är noggrann och flexibel

  • Har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift

  • Kan arbeta självständigt i ett tidvis högt tempo

  • Har goda datakunskaper, framförallt i Officepaketet

Upplysningar om tjänsten:

Tjänsten är tidsbegränsad från juni till och med augusti.

Arbetsplats: Västerås

Arbetstid: Kontorstid med 40 timmars arbetsvecka, Måndag-Fredag

Kollektivavtal finns med Unionen.
