Description

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk (previous internship experience is a plus) to join our client's team in Vista, CA. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for finance and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to generate invoices and distribute them to clients in a timely manner.

  • Conduct reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger and follow up on outstanding balances.

  • Implement collection strategies to recover overdue invoices, under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes, gaining valuable problem-solving skills.

  • Evaluate credit worthiness of clients and assist in monitoring credit limits.

  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, contributing to financial analysis efforts.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders, building valuable relationships.

  • Support the team in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Requirements

  • Previous internships or work experience in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
