Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Responsible for real time analysis, coordination and balance of Shipping Operations (allocation of pick tasks).

  • Assigning of picking/loading tasks.

  • Recording and reporting of outbound deliveries.

  • Provides support in reporting, researching and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Provides administrative support for the Shipping Supervisor.

  • Develops and maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all needed systems.Performs additional duties as requested.

  • Support Picking and Loading operation as needed.

  • Under direct supervision of the DC Shipping Supervisor. Work is performed within standard policies and procedures with opportunity for unreviewed decision-making.

  • All other duties as assigned.

This is what you will need:

  • High School or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience.

  • Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.

  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie.

  • Detail oriented and accurate.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity data.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings.

  • Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
