AAA Mid Atlantic Travel Sales Associate, Seasonal (Work from Home) in United States
AAA is hiring ambitious, sales- driven individuals who have a customer focus and an interest in the travel industry to join our dynamic Travel Call Center team!
This is a remote position but candidates must live within our territory
**Training Requirement: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm for first 5+ weeks. After training, scheduled work hours will take place which will include one weekend day.
We currently have seasonal openings to support our busy season. This is a great way to earn income and work from home! You will also get great exposure and training about AAA and our prestigious Travel program and products. We frequently have full-time openings in our growing Travel Contact Center, so this is the perfect opportunity to make an impression for future consideration.

What you will be doing:
•Serve clients by selling various travel products offered by the Agency. A concentration on Diamond Elite and Preferred vendor products is required. Exposure to International destinations is expected.
•Meet or exceed established sales quota.
•Prepare and issue invoices related to retail travel sales. With assistance, satisfactorily handle refunds and complaints according to policy.
•Familiarity and, with assistance, capable of operating applicable automated airline reservation and ticketing system.
•Comply with all ARC regulations and Mid-Atlantic policies and procedures in the collection and handling of assets.
•Familiarity with and, with minimal assistance, capable of utilizing ARC Agent's Handbook and standard travel reference material for airline, rail, hotel/resort, etc. information to efficiently and effectively accommodate Agency clients.
What we need from you:
•High School diploma or equivalent.
•Previous experience as an AAA Travel Counselor or at least 12 to 18 months of retail experience or travel sales.
•Knowledge of an automated airline reservation system preferred.
•Satisfactory employment screening results.
