Position Overview:
The System Analyst will maintain and support RQIP programs and platform delivery to meet the business needs of organization and scale as the organization grows.
Accountabilities:
Identify emerging issues and trends for all supported platforms.
Provide technical support for both internal and external customers.
Perform second-level problem determination, incident resolution, and periodic platforms health checks.
Collect information, test, and provide root cause documentation.
Effectively cooperate with technical development teams to manage escalated issues.
Identify options for potential solutions, workarounds and assess them for both technical and business suitability.
Collaborate with program managers, developers, testers, and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate communication with customers, RQIP support and field teams.
Participate in creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization.
Building and maintaining usage and trending analysis dashboards in Salesforce, Jira, and Power BI.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for otherwise qualified candidates.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in system analysis and technical end-user support.
Proficiency with SQL, DB concepts, Excel, and network configuration.
Experience in troubleshooting system integration and network issues.
Critical thinking ability and strong problem-solving capacity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Work efficiently and collaboratively across all levels of the organizations.
Availability to accommodate global team time zones with at 7am EST start time.
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $70,000 to $75,000. Please note this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
