About the position:
Performs vaccinations and post vaccination monitoring as deemed appropriate the prevention of the COVID19 virus. Administrative duties associated include charting as well as providing patient education
*This is a temporary position working 40 hours a week. The position will be evaluated at 3-6 months to determine the continuation of need.
In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Registered Nurse, within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. The Registered Nurse, collaborates in the spirit of teamwork is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization.
What we are looking for:
Graduate from school of nursing
Licensure / Certification: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
Effective Communication Skills
Demonstrates the ability to plan, organize and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team
BLS healthcare provider training required
