Educación y Experiencia Requerida

Preferiblemente con conocimientos, certificación curso en:
- Servicio al cliente.
- Conocimientos medio en paquete office 365.
- Cursos en redes, mantenimiento de Computo.
- Dominio de Active Directory.
- Conocimiento de accesos dentro de un software Helpdesk como lo es CA Service."
-Conocimiento cursos ofimáticos.
-Conceptos básicos en informática.
-conocimiento en seguridad corporativa

Conocimiento y Destrezas Requeridas

Actitud de servicio, excelente análisis, trabajo en equipo, que tenga manejo de redacción, ortografía y experiencia mínima 6 meses en call center y máxima de 2 años, experiencia en soporte técnico Asistencia virtual

Actitud de Aprender
