Job Description

Aim to strengthen resources of budget controlling team to support global activity of HRGAD more effectively and efficiently.

  • Overcome a shortage of human resource after the expansion of coverage in accordance with integration of HR and GA.

  • Contribution to introduction and development of new budget control scheme with function axis

  • Improving efficiency of budget control under new ERP implementation.

  • Checking current practices from fresh viewpoint and finding points to be improved.

  1. Support the director of General Affairs Planning (GAPL) to report the status of budget control to the leaders of Human Resources and General Affairs division (HRGAD) and related persons

  2. Improve efficiency and effectiveness of opex and capex control at HRGAD on global basis

  3. Create annual and mid-term plans of opex and capex for HRGAD

  4. Control and support on execution of opex and capex budget for HRGAD

  5. Contribute for new ERP system implementation

  6. Support the activities of Human Resource and General Affairs widely

Qualifications

  1. Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English is a 'must-have' requirement, while 'native-level' proficiency is preferred.

  2. Ambitious personality and strong sense of responsibility

  3. Experience in managerial accounting and budget control in the finance or budget controlling department at the global company

  4. Skills in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  5. Experience and knowledge of system implementation and maintenance
