Job Description

The Role

  • Overcome a shortage of human resource after taking over role and responsibility of budget controlling from Renesas European Office Finance.

  • Support the General Affairs Planning (GAPL) Director to report the status of budget control to Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA), leadership team (SLT), and related persons.

  • Create annual and mid-term plans of expense and fixed assets investment for the Human Resource and General Affairs division in Renesas EMEA organization.

  • Control and support on execution of expense and fixed assets investment budget in Renesas EMEA organization.

  • Contribute to an improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of expense and fixed assets investment in accordance with new ERP system implementation.

  • Support the activities of Human Resource and General Affairs widely..

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Experience in managerial accounting and budget control in the finance or budget controlling department at the global company for more than 3 years

  • Ambitious personality and strong sense of responsibility

  • Skills in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • Experience and knowledge of system implementation and maintenance

  • Business-level proficiency in English is a 'must-have' requirement, while 'native-level' proficiency is preferred.
