Essential Functions of the position are detailed below, and include any physical requirements below that.1. Assists the Manager-Accounting with overall and daily operations of the Corporate Accounting Department;2. Performs a variety of complex accounting tasks;3. Coordinates and manages the Agency's Credit Card Program;4. Generates daily bank transaction reports using treasury systems and processes on-line bank transfers and bank reconciliations;5. Assists in maintenance of capital expenditures and generating Property, Plat and Equipment (PP&E) schedules;6. Prepares journal entries and processes stop payments, as needed;7. Assists in preparation of audit scheduled, and reviews and approves vendor payments;8. Work corroboratively with other staff, departments, and/or banks in order to resolve and discrepancies;9. Handles a wide array of administrative tasks to ensure compliance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations;10. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate departmental files, bank accounts, and databases, as required by Agency/ programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations.
