Senior Reliability Controls Engineer Lead Location: Springfield, OH Duration: 12 months Description: Client is seeking a Reliability Controls Engineer Senior Lead to assess the risks and reliability associated with assets in the Springfield Assembly Plant. Responsibilities: Oversees conducting failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) of production equipment. Oversees performing predictive analysis of production equipment. Conducts root cause analysis to diagnose equipment failures to ensure they don’t occur again. Develops proactive maintenance procedures to ensure production line efficiency and sustain asset uptime. Review installation of newly installed equipment and assess the reliability of newly installed assets. Create and monitor life cycle asset management plans. Assists in the design and development planning for custom assets. Provide technical support to the maintenance team to assist in correcting equipment issues. Monitor overall equipment effectiveness to support manufacturing productivity.
