Our team manages engineering programs / projects— ensuring engineering and cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Manager, Engineering Project Management , you will be responsible for leading a team of Engineering Project Managers. You will work with engineering and cross functional teams to successfully delver new release and product in the areas of Multi Cloud and Hyper Converged Infrastructure
• Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group
• Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
• Manages multiple engineering projects, from initial specifications thru Qualification and Release
• Ensures the scope, schedule, and costs are reasonable and achievable
• Allocates work among engineering program management team
• Conducts periodic reviews to ensure each project or module is on track, and conducts post-project reviews
• Interacts with business owners to ensure their needs are being met

Strong program planning and management skills
Strong working knowledge of program management tools: Microsoft Office products, Jira
Strong communication and time management skills
Strong cross-Functional leadership skills
Ability to work effectively with seniormanagement
Ability to influence others to achieve result
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong presentation skills.
Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge
A team player and willing to work with geographically dispersed teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or concentration in Management Information Systems (MBA is a plus)
4+ years managerial/leadership experience
Scrum and Agile Development methodologyknowledge / experience
