Prolifics Senior Business Analyst in United States

Overview

Prolifics is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in the Legal Domain or Operational Experience to join our client project. The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. They will be responsible for understanding and articulating the operational requirements of diverse business users, with a primary focus on Legal Technology and operational processes. This is a remote opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple concurrent initiatives, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Articulate and document business requirements in a clear and concise manner, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, particularly within the Legal Domain or Operational areas.

  • Develop comprehensive process models based on business needs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, with a focus on Legal Technology or operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams, including infrastructure, PMO, product, development, QA, and training, to support product and project lifecycles.

  • Work closely with product, development, and operations teams to ensure that requirements are clearly defined and suitable solutions are implemented and supported, with a strong emphasis on Legal Technology or operational effectiveness.

  • Foster strong relationships with external solution vendors, ensuring that solutions align with business requirements and expectations, especially within the Legal Domain or operational contexts.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Skills & Expereince :

  • Proven experience in articulating and documenting business requirements for a diverse group of stakeholders, particularly in the Legal Domain or Operational areas.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive process models to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on Legal Technology or operational processes.

  • Experience in developing and implementing quality and training programs to meet business needs within the Legal Domain or Operational areas.

  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in operational process modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, or similar, with the ability to create detailed process flows and diagrams.

  • Technical skills in process modeling and analysis, including knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments, with end-to-end implementation experience.

Certification:

  • Formal Business Analyst certification beneficial but not required.
