DAI is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our busy Finance Team. This will be a full-time, permanent role based in Belgrade, Serbia. Senior Accounts Payable Analyst’s primary responsibility is tosupportaccounts payable functions to support DAI entity in EU.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Supplier Management:

  • Set up of new suppliers into accounting system (Cloud).

  • Verification of supplier banking details.

  • Communication with the Treasury team when new suppliers are verified.

Invoice Management:

  • Monitor the shared inbox for the supplier’s invoices.

  • Process invoices/Credit Notes.

  • Dealing with all suppliers/invoices queries internally and externally.

  • Audit employee’s expenses on weekly basis.

  • Ensures timely communications and processing.

  • Provide proof or payments for auditors.

  • Work closely with AP and Treasury team.

  • Responds timely to all inquiries and requirements.

  • Audit support.

  • Support UK AP team on R12 with invoice processing when needed.

Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Working experience within finance department.

  • Fluent in English.

  • MS Office, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to details.

  • Ability to work with minimal guidance, as well as prioritise work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Desirable knowledge of Oracle accounts payable - P2P.

  • Desirable knowledge of Oracle cloud.
