Description: Coordinate sample pulls for multiple lines and products using the ANSI standards, taking into account work order size and applicable AQLs. Inspect products for quality and functional attributes using conformance checklist and Packaging Instructions. Interpret and communicate results to lead Quality Engineer. Document results by time point and enter data into A70 master spreadsheet. Route new and revised documents in EtQ to support A70 validation procedural updates. This requires training within the EtQ system to be able to process the documents. Perform weekly audits of manufacturing equipment settings and CILs to ensure that quality is maintained by the process. Communicate weekly audits to QA and Manufacturing leadership and highlight areas needing resolution or improvement. Preferred experience in candidates includes: Prior QA or QC experience is desired. Ability to use ANSI AQL table and interpret results. Attention to detail and quality.
