We are looking for an experienced, independently licensed clinician to join our growing Illinois team as a Program Director! If you’re a dedicated mental health professional seeking a new role, we are looking for you! The Program Director, in partnership with the AVP of IL and the senior management team, is responsible to provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the Outpatient program throughout the greater Chicago area.

Qualifications:

  • Independent clinical license in the state of Illinois (LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field

  • Five years minimum experience in a clinical capacity

  • Three years minimum experience in a supervisory or management capacity

  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

  • Ability to effectively lead and develop staff

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
