The Physician Recruiter Sr.:

  • Responsible for recruitment activities of both Physicians and Advanced Care Providers, including active sourcing, advertising, recruiting, screening applicants, interviewing, contract negotiation, making offer, and on-boarding.

  • Needs to be able to source applicants from all types including on-line databases, contacts with residency and fellowship programs, and other digital media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Provide oversight and support to Physician Recruitment and Practice Development team.

  • Main contact for physicians' team in the manager's absence.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • Five years of required experience in Physician or Executive Recruitment.

  • Preferred Certification include PHR, CMSR, RMSR, or ASPR.

Required Education:

  • Required - Bachelors - Business; Or - Bachelors - Healthcare Administration

  • Preferred - Master's Degree

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)
