BayCare Health System On-Site Coordinator - Community Health in United States

BayCare Health System is currently seeking an On-Site Coordinator to join our outstanding and compassionate team. Come join our Community Health Team in this PRN position where you will be responsible for coordination of BayCare's health events in the community and corporate setting.

This position requires AHCA Level 2 background clearance and requires travel within home base county but also to our sister counties with your own reliable transportation.

The On-Site Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Health events in the community and corporate setting

  • Coordinates the set up, traffic flow, break down, transports supplies and equipment, collects fees and schedules appointments

  • Acts as liaison between community and health care facilities

  • Coordinates duties of screening team and volunteers

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Experience:

  • Required 1 year Community Health

  • Or 1 year Health Promotion

  • Or 1 year Wellness Related

  • Preferred 3 years Healthcare

  • Preferred 3 years Supervisory Role in a Related Field
