Microbiological Parameters monitoring, Handle EMMP, Personal hygiene monitoring, ATP’s, shift activities managing for microbiology, facing audits, maintaining documentation related to Microbiology laboratory Management Systems, Handle & Report Proficiency testing, verification of records, Finish Goods release, Food Safety Implementation, Training the food handlers on GMP, Monthly KPI reporting. Chocolate, Spread & Cocoa Powder * Major Duties/Responsibilities:* * Responsible for Microbiological day to day activities like online Sampling, Analysis of Ingredients, Semifinished products & finished products. Handle Environmental microbial monitoring programme, Personal hygiene monitoring for food handlers, ATP monitoring, Validation of cleaning and sanitation programme, Shift activities managing for microbiology, facing audits, maintaining documentation related to Microbiology laboratory Management Systems, Conduct RCA and CAPA meetings on microbiological issues, follow up and report actions, Handle & Report Proficiency testing, Maintain documentations of microbiology, verification of records. * Conducting weekly and monthly audits like GMP & personnel hygiene.
