Work Setup: Hybrid * Location: Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines * Summary: The main responsibility of the Master Data Analyst is to assist the Enterprise Master Data Management (EMDM) organization and key stakeholders with the creation/read/updated/delete (CRUD) of the master data throughout the enterprise. The Master Data Analyst will serve as the resource to provide report and ad hoc reporting to various stakeholders on customer, vendor, price, and material information. The Master Data Analyst is also expected to respond in a timely and effective manner to stakeholders’ inquiries and concerns, participate in process improvements, ensure agreed Key Performance Indicator/ Metrics/ Service Level Agreements are met, and support other management directives as prescribed. * Major Duties/Responsibilities:* * With guidance and coordination from a Specialist or Supervisor, perform various master data Create/Read/Update/Delete (CRUD) responsibilities to master data domains. Perform mandatory validations such as but not limited to critical data controls and compliance verification (55%) * Shall ensure that set KPIs/ Metrics/ SLAs are met and reported on a timely manner (15%) * Provide support to Internal, External, and Sarbanes-Oxley audit and test. Provide relevant requirements and/or documents to carry out the audit on master data related transactions (15%) * Responsible for compliance with applicable Global and Regional Policies and Standards (10%) Understand the implications of master data as it relates to SAP and other business systems based on requirements. Trouble troubleshooting of escalated minor issues. Gather/document business requirements for Master Data initiatives (5%) * Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:* * Education: /Bachelor’s Degree required, in Engineering or related field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration, or a combination of education & relevant industry experience)/ * Experience: * At least 2 to 3 years *of *Master Data Management skills exposure * Has minimum of 2 years' experience in IS/Accounting and/or Business experience in a fast-paced environment * Working knowledge and proficiency on core SAP modules and transactions including Customer, Pricing, Material, and Vendor Maintenance * Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and etc.) * Excellent Customer Service skills including Interpersonal Communication Skills, Relationship Management, Collaboration Skills, and Teamwork Skills * Understanding of Related Transactions, Policies and Guidelines and Performance Measurements * Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills * Has attention to detail and analytical skills * Someone who is adaptive to fast and continuous change * Someone who has the ability to prioritize many tasks * Someone who can work independently and is proactive and goal-oriented * Amenable to a night shift schedule (8:00 pm to 5:00 am) #LI-AG1
