As a Marketing UX UI Designer at RLDatix, you will blend technical and creative expertise in projects that impact our global digital real estate. You will report to the Director of Digital and Creative Services, and you will be responsible for ideating, maintaining, and implementing design systems to create high-quality intuitive and engaging experiences. Your role will be key to creating the bridge between RLDatix’s strategic goals and our audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • User-Centric Web Experiences: Create engaging and intuitive web designs that comply with global standards and help bring the RLDatix visual brand identity to life. Utilize UX and UI core principles to ensure the efficient use of the company’s web assets.

  • Web Design System: Apply UX and UI principles to enhance our library of materials, ensuring all assets are implemented correctly and secure consistency across our digital assets. Own, evolve, and maintain the brand's digital design standards.

  • Research, Prototyping, and Testing: Transform requirements into wireframes and prototypes, using these assets to support project ideation and testing. Conduct user research to gather insights and turn them into actionable items.

  • Digital Real Estate Optimization: Work closely with the Digital Team, applying recommendations to a vast array of assets to enhance user engagement. Become a key role in the continuous optimization process.

  • User Interaction Data: Analyze and transform raw data with the objective of better understanding user behaviors. Identify areas of opportunity and turn data-based findings into actionable strategies.

  • Cross-Regional Collaborations: Work closely with Marketing project owners to ensure that all digital assets convey our brand identity, directly supporting various regions in achieving their quarterly objectives.

  • Project Management: Manage projects from conception to delivery, including timeline management and coordination with other team members and departments.

  • Industry Trends and Contemporary Technologies: Stay connected with the latest UX and UI technologies and best practices.

  • Content Strategy Partner: Assist in the improvement and refining of the digital content strategy, preserving a balance between information, design, and optimal functionality.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or bachelor's in UX/UI design, graphic design, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in UX and UI design, with a focus on B2C and B2B website design.

  • Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and prototyping tools such as Figma and Sketch.

  • Experience with WordPress CMS is ideal.

  • Knowledge in User Research, User Testing, and Data Visualization is preferred.

  • Excellent communicator (listening, writing, and speaking).

  • A creative thinker and problem solver.

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.

  • A current portfolio highlighting work experience.
