The Marketing Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue from clients by creating full service marketing plans. The candidate will accurately determine the customer direct marketing needs and budgets, provide suggestions and ideas for additional revenue opportunities, and ensure appropriate channels have been attained. This position will also establish and build positive relationships with Company clients and team members from various divisions Essential Job Functions: * Use consultative marketing sales techniques to explore customer needs and offer suggestions for enhancing marketing efforts of the customer. * Respond to incoming calls generated through Company catalogs, space ads, referrals, or other mechanism, and make calls to prospective or existing customers as needed to generate and promote value add and related products. * Communicate and update timeline expectations and project specifications. * Collaborate with clients and internal departments. Work effectively with the creative design and account teams. * Act as a subject matter expert on Company marketing services. * Communicate recommendations to facilitate processes and increase cost effectiveness. * Generate quality marketing ideas quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines. * Provide exceptional customer service. * Troubleshoot client issues. Resolve problems or escalate as needed. * Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.
