Description

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a Logistics Analyst II to support DISA PEO Cyber customer located at Ft. Meade, MD. This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented team proving high caliber customer support.

Requirements:

  • Provide portfolio asset management support including governance, planning, and managing government IT resources.

  • Perform a variety of logistics tasks including the design, implementation, operation, and performance of logistics functions, including supply chain, acquisition, distribution, transportation, warehousing, training, and operations and maintenance.

  • Analyze workflows applying and performing logistics support that affect production, distribution, and inventory.

  • Assist with inventory management reporting and record keeping for applications, license agreements, IT systems and hardware in compliance with FAR, DFAR and DARs requirements and practices.

  • Quality oversight for timeliness, artifact/records, and reporting, using computer-based portals and information repositories.

  • Analyze and resolve a wide variety of management, operational and modeling and simulation problems.

  • Responsible for the review and validation of information pertaining to logistics operations.

  • Must be customer focused in tracking and maintaining accurate and timely records and tasks.

  • Prepare presentations and attend and participate in meetings and briefings, and track/closeout action items.

  • Works independently and with finance and budget team and effectively communicates with cross functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented and able to assess issues and develop resolutions to meet project/program goals and objectives.

  • Effectively manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or High School diploma and 7+ years of DoD / federal life cycle logistics support and operations experience in lieu of degree.

  • 4+ years of DoD, or other federal agency with extensive demands for logistic support and operations.

  • Familiar with MIPRs (Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests)

  • Familiar with DISA Form 299, DD1150. CAR (Custodian Asset Report), and Equipment Movement Form

  • Familiar with DTMT (DISA Task Management Tool) and DPAS (Defense Property Accounting System)

  • Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) MS Teams and SharePoint.

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
