Basic Qualifications:

Prior experience as a line cook is essential.

Culinary Arts degree preferred, but not required.

Knowledge of kitchen equipment, tools, techniques, and ingredients.

Ability to follow recipes, accommodate food allergies, and propose menu items.

Proficiency in knife skills and butchering techniques.
