What we need for this job:

  • Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree

  • Two (2) plus years experience in a clinical environment

  • Experience working with younger kids, ages 2-10

  • Experience with play therapy models

  • Familiarity with working within child welfare and juvenile justice systems

  • Passionate advocate for clients and families who have experienced oppression or discrimination

  • Within 12 months, full licensed LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT

  • Collaborative, and client centered experience

  • Experience using of Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, DBT, or CBT in a clinical environment

  • Background, passion and desire to work with adolescent clients with substance abuse, trauma, depression, and anxiety
