Currently, we are seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented Agile Coach Lead, as a REMOTE team member, to provide unparalleled support to multiple federal agencies through the Continuous Diagnostic & Mitigation (CDM) Program. The CDM Program is a high-profile, high-visibility, cybersecurity modernization and risk management program where you can contribute innovative solutions and consult with many different federal agencies to enhance their Information Assurance (IA) programs and continuous monitoring capabilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversight of the Implementation of the Essential/Full configuration Scaled Agile Framework program.

  • Ensuring program success by defining the most suitable methods for engagement delivery and identifying organizational, operational and process changes needed to optimize the impact of our Agile transformation, and working to manage communication and drive change.

  • Creating a positive team environment where autonomy, mastery, and purpose are promoted through coaching, individual development, and performance standards.

  • Driving a team culture of value-based delivery, self-organization, and empowerment.

  • Providing expertise in the areas of Lean Thinking, Scaling Agile principles, and practices.

  • Leveraging a variety of coaching, mentoring, and training styles to drive Agile adoption throughout the organization and assisting with the realization of organizational transformation and success metrics.

  • Championing and leading Agile cadence activities within the Scaled Agile (SAFe) model, including leading Program Increment Planning Events, and ensuring participation from team members and key stakeholders.

  • Actively guiding team of Agile Coaches in a variety of learning opportunities such as Communities of Practice, conferences, classroom training and independent study to further develop self and community.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in IT Project Management in Agile environments.

  • Expert Facilitation Skills – Effective at facilitating and teaching concepts and ideas.

  • Must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.

  • Availability to deliver remote/virtual workshops effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Atlassian suite of products such as JIRA, JIRA Align, and Confluence.

  • Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements.

  • Proven ability to drive movement towards implementation / transformation success.

Security Clearance Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability; not needed to start

  • Candidate is required to be a US Citizen (non-dual citizenship) with the ability to obtain DHS Suitability.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field, or equivalent work experience.

Certification

  • Must possess SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification, AND at least one of the following certifications: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)

Physical Requirements:

  • Office work, typically sedentary with some movement around the office

The projected compensation range for this position is $130,500-$217,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
