  • Objetivo Principal del Puesto.

    Desarrollar e implementar proyectos de ingeniería relacionados a la introducción de nuevos productos, reducción de costos de manufactura, reducción de garantías y otras mejoras de los modelos de Kenworth Division en base a los estándares divisionales, corporativos e industriales aplicables para la satisfacción de los clientes.

  • Conocimientos y Experiencia.

  • Carrera profesional (Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afín).

  • Dos a tres años en diseño de partes y ensambles.

  • Inglés: 90%

  • Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, PPT, Access)

  • Competencias.

    Técnicas:

    Manejo de CAD 2D/3D(Creo Parametric), interpretación de dibujos de ingeniería y tolerancias geométricas, cálculos de ingeniería. Sistemas de Ingeniería: COPICS (Communications Oriented Production Information and Control Systems), OPS (Order Processing System), TOA (Truck Order Administration), REI (Request of Engineering Information), Cadam Dash Rules, Dash Perm, Frame Design Rules, Frame Layout, PCMS (Product Change Management System), WarrAnalysis, DFSS (Design for Six Sigma), PCP Tollgate (Product Creation Process).

    Gestión:

    Iniciativa, trabajo en equipo, capacidad de análisis, liderazgo, comunicación oral y escrita efectiva tanto en inglés como en español, presentaciones efectivas, planeación, coordinación, administración de proyectos, compromiso, autonomía, actitud de servicio, alto sentido de urgencia y orientación a la mejora continua.
