The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred

  • Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable

  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

    Compensation:

  • Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000

    Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!

  • Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
