Sartorius Field Services Technician Ambr (W/M) in United States

We are looking for a Field Services Technician for our Belgium Services Team to manage our Ambr Products range.

Our Ambr product range is built upon a modular multiple bioreactor platform. the specially designed software controls everything from robotic arms , stepper drives for the pumps to optical pH and oxygen concentration measurements, providing a real playground for every engineer.

The Ambr fermentation platform is used by Biopharmaceutical companies to cultivate microorganism in order to design life saving drugs.

After an extensive training in our training centers and on the job coaching you will be able to showcase your engineering and troubleshooting skills at our customers on their beloved machines

You will be working in a young dynamic team where we hope to future develop your talents together .

  • In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

  • After an extensive training in our internal centers and a coaching on the field , you'll be able to showcase your engineering and troubleshooting skills at our customers on their machines.

What will convince us

  • A2 Electricity or electromechanics or similar

  • Minimum 2 years of proven field service experience

  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment

  • High customer orientation

  • Team spirit

  • Willingness to travel inside Belgium and occasionally abroad (Europe)

  • Good command of spoken and written English
