Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 9 months Description: Executive Admin Assistant needed to support S&P COO Executive (Band 2). Must have solid experience performing in an Executive Assistant role and proven effectiveness in showing initiative and professional business Client Preferable minimum experience level of 10+ years. Position Summary: Principal duties are managing the schedule and calendar of B2 executive, including meetings, telepresence, conference rooms and travel; scheduling staff events; coordinating and responding to correspondence and requests from internal and external groups; typing memoranda and correspondence as well as taking meeting notes and takeaways for executives; maintenance of accurate records; preparing expense reimbursement; ordering supplies & access requests, communications to the teams, etc. and other related administrative duties. Work closely with the Business Support Manager/COO to ensure that the executive and organization are being fully supported. Primary Skill: Other Required Skills 3 years administrative support or project management experience. Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize daily tasks with project work as well as ad hoc requests. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as the technology needed to facilitate meetings and share documents with senior leaders and support partners (Telepresence, WebEx, SharePoint, etc.) Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work with high degree of independence, filling in gaps where needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration and partnering skills; ability to work across functions and processes with partners across the enterprise. Professional integrity, confidentiality and team focus are essential. Knowledgeable of Client’s business lines, operations, organizational structure, etc. Desired Skills The Administrative Assistant should be resourceful and able to work autonomously across a complex organization structure.
