About The Role
The Event Marketing Specialist will assist the Senior Event Marketing Manager in the planning, promotion, coordination, execution and detailed follow-up analyses of in-person events that will drive revenue and build our Property Manager customer database. The Event Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, help manage event budgets, and leverage various marketing channels to drive attendance and engagement.
Key Job Responsibilities
Event Planning and Execution:
Assist with the logistics and budget for each event/campaign including detailed timelines, project deadlines, promotion, ordering and shipping assets and swag, and pre-and post-event communications (internal and external)
Coordinate all logistical aspects of events (VIP event venues; catering; equipment & preso setups; swag; staffing; etc.)
Oversee event setup, ensuring all materials and equipment are ordered & arrive in a timely manner
Act as the primary point of contact for event vendors, sponsors, and partners
Keep and track inventory of all event materials
Attend approximately 1-2 events/month
- Audience Engagement
Assist to develop strategies to engage attendees before, during, and after events to maximize participation and impact
Plan and execute interactive activities, entertainment, and networking opportunities to enhance the event experience
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align event objectives with broader business goals
Coordinate with external partners to maximize event impact and achieve mutual objectives
Post-Event Analysis and Reporting
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success against predefined metrics and KPIs
Prepare reports summarizing key insights, attendee demographics, and actionable recommendations for future events
Share learnings and best practices with internal stakeholders to inform future event strategies
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of field marketing/event marketing experience
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships, share ideas and success
Experience with a CRM platform (SF preferred), Marketing Automation, Project Management, Market data and analytics tools (We use Hubspot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Google Suite, Slack, Canva, Hubspot, Monday)
Experience in a SaaS environment
Strong ability to multitask
Experience with Property Management industry a plus
Highly creative and process-driven
Deep understanding of ways to impact the customer’s journey
Excellent organizational skills
You love being part of a highly-energized team
Live near a major airport for easy travel to events
REMOTE WORK STATEMENT
This position is a remote-first, work from home position with regular travel.
