Description

We are looking for experienced Community Habilitation Specialists who enjoy working with people in need. Our ComHabs are responsible for assisting with daily living skills, socialization, community outings, medication administration and many other tasks.

What are the RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Perform assessments on residents.

  • Teach residents living skills.

  • Communicate with staff to coordinate care plans.

  • Make sure that residents are safe and well cared for.

  • Supervise residents when they are engaging in activities outside of their room.

  • Create daily schedules for group activities.

  • Be actively friendly to residents, family members, and coworkers.

What is the EDUCATION requirements?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required (we provide training)
