Teleion LLC Data Management Technical Program Manager in United States

Teleion is seeking a Consultant to join our project management team. This is an exciting and challenging role and will give the right person a chance to be part of a company and make impact. Our program management team leads and partners with teams across our client’s organization to plan, coordinate, and implement critical projects resulting from operating a global business in a time of unprecedented change. Successful candidates will have experience in at least two of the following three disciplines – Finance Data Management, Program Management and Engineering – and can become well versed in all three in order to bridge across our diverse group of stakeholders. The candidate needs to be able to support communications in these areas with current process owners and project stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Understand business/client requirements: ensure the solutions & services provided are relevant and address the key business needs

  • Manage and oversee small- to medium-scaled projects conducted by the team

  • Design, develop and deploy solutions in SQL and Python

  • Maintain existing processes utilizing Python and SQL and AWS

  • Sourcing data from internal Redshift Cluster and Quick Sight and external sources such as Excel, and leveraging ETL tools when needed

  • Design, setup and support of data governance and data integration processes

  • Advise on optimal BI/analytics strategy and its execution

  • Perform complex analyses leveraging advanced analytical techniques and big data environments / capabilities where needed

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and manage their expectations

  • Develop own expertise and share it with the team members to help grow the team

  • Support more junior team members in day to day work

  • This role will be the Lead Finance Data Architect to ensure accrual and PO processes/templates for GREF are completed per the accruals workflow and schedule. They will ensure the timely creation of the OneStream feed to support the OP1/OP2 budget cycle. They will lead the PO Launch process to ensure the annual POs are launched against the budget according to the annual deadline.

    Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data or Engineering related field

  • SMEs in Python, ETL with large datasets experience

  • Delivering results amidst resource constraints and ambiguity

  • Communicating successfully across cultures, in writing and in person

  • Collecting and analyzing data, including developing and reporting on metrics using AW stacks

  • Experience and desire to work in an environment similar to a high tech startup.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations in a matrix team environment
