Role Objective :

The STIBO PIM Lead shall serve as a strong technical resource in providing guidance and impose the industry best practices within the team. The ideal candidate is expected to be proficient in the Trust framework with multiple project execution experience in implementing Product Mastering & end to end PIM solution and strong exposure to Customer Data Integration (CDI). The candidate should have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team player, ability to multi-task, quick self-learner, and highly motivated to analyze the data issues and articulate the business impact.


  • Lead and Support the PIM technical team in drafting the technical requirement and design document, and develop the solution to create a single source of truth via the MDM solutions

  • Drive design discussions with business users and stakeholders, collaborate with technical and business community to accomplish deliverables

  • Ability to provide direction and manage other developers

  • Serve as a strong PIM technical lead in managing the activities such as; Attribute creation, Attribute Groups, Objects, Hierarchies and Classifications, Business rule creation, Web UI development, Extension APIs, Integration endpoint configurations, References (product to classification, product to product, classification to classification), Workflows, Data Exports and Imports, Auto Classification

  • Create strong Logical and Physical data model for PIM in STEP

  • Implement best practices for Autocare aftermarket industry based on AAIA standards

  • Work with STIBO on product related issues and provide technical workarounds

  • Accountable for code quality, development of reusable components, product performance and adherence to best practices

  • Should be able to provide guidance on end-to-end cycle of PIM implementation


  • 6+ years of experience in data management

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience on PIM implementation

  • Min 3+ years of STIBO STEP system implementation, development experience, STEP 9.x (Trailblazer) version strongly preferred

  • Expert knowledge on STIBO STEP implementation – which includes; STEP Configuration; STEP Workflows and Business Rules, STEPXML and Integration Endpoints

  • 3+ years of RDBMS experience and strong in SQL

  • Experience in Shell scripting, Java Scripting

  • Exposure to the ETL tools such as Data Stage, Power Center is good to have

  • Bachelors or higher degree preferred in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

  • Exposure to Java is a plus.
