Liberty Latin America D2D Field Sales Representative in United States
What´s the Role?
Sell the organization's products and services through direct sales to residential customers. Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers (Residential Sales, Kiosks)
The D2D Field Sales Agent is responsible for promoting all the Company’s products and services for the consumer segment. Source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets by providing the best-in-class sales experience with each customer, providing them with solutions and recommendations that will satisfy their telecommunication needs, creating positively memorable and outstanding service every time.
How you will add value?
Achieve established sales goals and targets using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, event setups).
Reconcile daily sales orders with payments taken in and complete Log sheets, compile sales contracts and deliver at the end of each day to the relevant internal support team
Keep accurate documentation of sales orders.
Work independently or with a team to promote the sale of Flow’s residential products and services within your assigned territory.
Develop sales planning strategies along with Field Sales Co-ordinator or team lead to achieve sales goals
Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Report and provide qualitative feedback to team leads.
Utilize provisioning tools to manage customers’ requests and maintain customers’ account information.
Maintain accurate inventory levels
Working Relationships and Team Working:
Work with the sales and back office teams to ensure all services accurately logged and billed.
What do you need?
Education
- MBO degree / High school diploma or equivalent (preferably in commerce or sales)
Experience
- 0 - 1 years of experience
Competencies
Strong sales and persuasive ability
Knowledge of Telecoms Products
Self-motivated and driven
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Good deportment
Proven sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Computer literate
Valid driver’s licence is advantageous
