Compensation Analyst
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing analysis, assistance and guidance in the development of compensation plans within the company. Analysts work closely with store management and executive leaders to provide recommendations that align with company and store objectives and expectations. Analysts develop plans that motivate employees to improve performance, attract new talent, retain existing employees, minimize risk and exposure, and reduce department payroll expense.
The Compensation Analyst reports to the Compensation Supervisor.
Location: Remote, USA (PST Work hours)
Compensation Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
Provide customer service and support to our dealerships with compensation plan development that:
Support company and store objectives
Motivate employees to focus on continuously improving individual & business performance
Attract and retain talent by providing pay plans that reward individuals for high performance
Ensure the company is federally and state compliant
Comprehensive analysis and review of:
Pay plan performance based on prior year, 3-month average and achieving expected goals
Staffing need(s) and productivity to assist in controlling payroll expense
Performance reporting and Annual Operating Plans (AOP) to identify and analyze financial and performance opportunities
Clearly communicate and present recommendations to store leadership and executive team
Assist with department projects, reporting & analytics

Take personal ownership for assigned tasks and identify and report problems or suggestions for departmental improvements to supervisor

PC Skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, Outlook, etc.).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree preferred
Prior compensation experience a plus
