Torden CAT I Haitian Creole Linguist (local) in United States

Torden LLC is seeking qualified Haitian Creole interpreters and translators to support the US Armed Forces in humanitarian and relief operations. Individuals joining this high paced team will need to be flexible due to requirement changes. Salary is competitive for this type of work. This is a temporary position for 6 months.

Minimum requirements:

  • Must meet 3/3 Haitian Creole to/from English interpretation tests based on the ILR scale.

  • Must be able to pass criminal and financial background check.

  • Must be able to work in team environment.

  • Must be able flexible to changing requirements.

  • Must have strong computer skills.

  • Must have strong communication skills.

  • Must be physically fit.

  • Must be able to pass US Government security vetting requirements.

Preferred requirements:

  • Previously worked with US federal agencies.
