Primary Modules required are RM (Relationship Management) and Deposit.

Since Systematics is a mainframe tool, people should have

Easytrieve reports experience (not a developer level but should be able to read the code and make changes)

File Aid

JCL (not to write it but to be able to submit the job and follow through)

Good to have along with the modules:

Any FDIC experience and regulatory reporting experience

Remote position

Main application needs are people who can operate as Business Systems Analysts with depth of technical experience in at least one of the following areas: GN/MA, IM/ST, RM or FM

For Systematics positions: At least 5 years of In-depth, hands-on FIS Systematics experience in the indicated applications for the positions, Experience should be from a Technology perspective (not a business user) to deliver upon the below responsibilities related to the Core Host Data Conversion program and the need to successfully convert FHN customers & accounts to Bank system of record applications.

Experience could be listed on resumes in the following manner.

Fidelity (FIS) Systematics/Alltel/Alltel Systematics/Systematics as the company

IM/IMPACS/ST/Savings Time/ALS/Advanced Loan System/RM/Relationship Management/GN/Architecture Systems/Card Reference (RF)/Certification Tracking (HX), Intersystem Transfer (IT)

FIS Systematics experience is not the same as any other application owned by FIS E.g., FIS TrustDesk experience does not translate.

Application experience is required to be able to ensure that system requirements and solutions handle data integrity restrictions within the application, minimize the amount of customization while adhering to regulations but still capturing the business needs.

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Experience leading business or technical focused meetings.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) including.

Ability to use complex templates and maintain or adjust as needed to maintain readability of documents being created.

Complex formatting or formulas and filters

Experience with Excel Pivot table knowledge, advanced PowerPoint skills or Visio is an OPTIONAL bonus.

Proven history of working as part of a remote team including remote deployments

Mainframe Tool skills

Understanding of Easytrieve and JCL in order to create ad-hoc report lists, summaries, delimited output files and join multiple files.

Experience in using File-Aid to view data files including mapping files to copy books and query packed data files.

Experience with TSO/ISPF to work with personal PDS libraries to read, copy and create libraries and members as needed.

Understanding and familiarity with SDSF options
