What´s the Role?

The sales support representative is responsible for supporting the Field sales, Door-to-door and Distribution team in the end-to-end process and service provision by providing administrative, commercial, and organizational support to business sales and follows up with operational departments for a successful output towards a satisfied business customer.

How you will add value?

The Sales Support Representative is accountable to the Field sales Supervisor for the end-to-end support of sales, commercial and service activities, and events.

• The Sales Support Representative works within the framework set out in the department plans, working procedures, and guidelines of Flow.

• Process all service orders and requests made by Field Sales and Distribution teams via email, applications received and telephone.

• Monitors progress of customer requests, orders, or changes within the organization, and ensuring these are completed within the designated deadline and internal SLAs.

• Manage all outstanding request for service e.g., deposits not yet paid

• Point of escalation for Field, Door-to-door and distribution channels on application processing issues

• Provides support to the sales team with the preparation of all information necessary to handle customer leads or sales proposals e.g., drafting and sending of correspondence and quotes on the basis of collected data

• Supports the Field sales Supervisor in events and commercial activities by approaching potential clients and/or gathering information for future follow-up

• Maintains effective relationships with third party channels by receiving sales orders, requests and managing the follow-up of administrative tasks to fulfil commercial commitments.

Performs all other duties requested as deemed relevant to the job or the organization and B2C commercial department initiatives.

What do you need?

Education

• Post-secondary school qualification required

Experience

• 1 to 2 years commercial and/or sales support experience.

Competencies

• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge and experience in sales and support.

• Good written and verbal skills in Dutch, Papiamento, English and Spanish

• Knowledge of Telecoms Products

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organisational skills

• Training and presentation skills

• Self-motivated and driven

• Results oriented and flexible

• Customer focused and the ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships

• Able to adapt to rapidly changing business environment

• Demonstrates a willingness to be of service

• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
