We are accepting applicants for an Assistant Project Manager. The ideal candidate must have 3-6 years of experience of increasing responsibility, and experience with stormwater construction management or wet utility construction management. Candidate should possess a comprehension of construction processes, and proficiency in managing budgetary finances and tracking, alongside communication skills at an advanced level. Your Responsibilities as an Assistant Stormwater Project Manager: Perform scope of work reviews on approved construction projects. Review subcontractor proposals and align with logistical efficiencies. Review project financials under project manager oversight. Track and document missing project costs. Assist in developing change order requests for projects. Review and update work completion reports. Actively develop your own career growth. What we're looking for: Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3 to 6 years experience in stormwater construction, wet utilities, excavation, or related fields. Proficiency with MS Office suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
