ImpactLife is the exclusive provider of blood products and services to our partner hospitals in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. The blood center is based in Davenport, Iowa, where ImpactLife's testing, processing, and primary distribution center of blood components is located. ImpactLife is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

ImpactLife is looking a full time Accounting Associateto join our Financeteam. The Accounting Associate is responsible for supporting the Finance team with various accounts payable and receivable tasks.

Duties May Include:

  • Input accounts payable and receivable transactions into carious accounting systems.

  • Input, code, and reconcile invoices received from vendors, employees, and check requests.

  • Process weekly accounts payable checks and distribute.

  • Prepare journal entries and reports.

  • Prepare account reconciliations for all payable related general ledger accounts.

  • Maintain and reconcile vendor and customer accounts.

  • Research aged receivables and contact customers on past due accounts.

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Minimum of high school competencies or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting, business, or related field preferred.

  • Equivalent combination of demonstrated work experience and education may be considered.

  • Eagerness to learn.
