ICONMA, LLC Account Receivable Analyst / Collection Specialist in United States
The individual will: Do an outreach to customers for collecting past due balances, Respond to customers, internal and external, via email and phone, and follow up Perform daily reconciliation, clearing, write off activities, Support and backup other team members as needed. Identify and resolve issues with internal and external customers in a timely manner. Drive process improvement initiatives with focus to create efficiencies. Understand SOX controls as they relate to the job responsibilities and perform all tasks in a SOX compliant manner to limit financial risk to Client. Support the team to complete reconciliation and other related consumer receivables dutie.
