  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Handle the day-to-day operations of assigned account(s), including interview, offer, and onboarding coordination.

  • Collaborate with customer contacts and key decision-makers to define needs and determine the appropriate solution to exceed customer needs.

  • Develop and maintain strong client and contractor relationships as well as maximize and expand existing relationships to drive sales.

  • Work with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, all lines of business are successful and effectively represented, and that all client expectations and companywide goals are being met.

  • Regular in-depth client analysis, strategic account planning, and forecasting activities.

  • Track key account metrics.

  • Provide effective problem resolution through taking ownership of all incoming concerns and issues. Investigate and resolve any concerns or issues.

  • Identify and pursue additional opportunities for existing clients, including SOW/Projects and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth.

    Requirements

  • Must be willing and able to travel as needed.

  • You are an expressive individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and an innate ability to develop relationships with a wide array of individuals.

  • You are a fast learner with an adaptable mindset, eager to absorb and retain new concepts and ideas.

  • You have the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast pace environment.

  • You love organization and problem solving and pay attention to detail
