Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an Account Manager (AM) to be the primary liaison between the company and the Government customer, ensuring the successful execution of program objectives. The AM oversees daily operations, manages contract teams, and fosters a collaborative environment aligned with the Sponsor's practices and objectives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of services to the Government customer, maintaining strong relationships, and meeting program objectives. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and operational expertise to drive success in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the focal point between the Contractor and the Government customer, managing day-to-day program activities.

  • Provide direction and oversight to the contract team, aligning their functions with Sponsor practices and culture.

  • Meet regularly with the Government management team to review progress and ensure task completion.

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the timely completion of tasks outlined in task orders.

  • Act as the main point of contact for the Government regarding technical, cost, and schedule performance issues.

  • Maintain close communication and collaboration with the Government throughout the duration of the program.

  • Participate in formal briefings and reviews as required.

  • Ensure timely completion of all relevant status documents.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive staffing plan that aligns with the Government customer requirements.

  • Possess appropriate training to address personnel issues, with corporate resources available for support when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Active ISA Secret security clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Human Resources, Advertising, or Business Administration.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising Program Management, including subcontractor and vendor management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with government agencies or contractors.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Understanding of project management principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
