Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive team with high productivity

  • Lead cost saving activities

  • Developing strong working relationships with all function teams from procurement, quality, production, financial, product planning, sales, general affair

  • Contact with North America teams

  • Choose risk to achieve the higher target

  • Benchmark activity for new product development

  • Project management, and risk assessment / mitigation

  • Work with APEC engineer management to ensure strategy alignment and project execution

Role Purpose:

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or above

  • Engineering background preferred

  • Certified Project Manager (CPM) is a plus point

  • 3 years or above in organization management

  • 3 years or above in Engineering Project management or leader role is preferred

  • High ethical mindset and behaviors

  • Health suitable for strong workloads, especially for working at night and business travels.

  • Strong leadership capabilities.

  • Quick learner and good adapter for a new business/job scope

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

  • Face to the challenges proactively and ambitiously

  • Strategic thinking and good planning capability

  • Excellent business judgment

  • Strong people skill as a teamwork expert with excellent communications and coordination with cross-functions and the related employees inside company.

  • Knowledge on design engineering project is preferred

  • Knowledge on common quality tools such as 8D, 7 tools for problem solving, SPC & CpK, PPAP process, preferred

  • Good knowledge on Lean & Kaizen event

  • High skill level of English writing and speaking.

  • Good at MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
