Required Skills:

Software Engineer, Product Responsibilities:

  1. Full stack web/mobile application development with a variety of coding languages

  2. Create consumer products and features using internal programming language Hack

  3. Implement web or mobile interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  4. Work closely with our PM and design teams to define feature specifications and build the next generation of products leveraging frameworks such as React & React Native

  5. Work closely with operations and infrastructure to build and scale back-end services

  6. Build report interfaces and data feeds

  7. Complete large features (each with many tasks) and responsible of areas in the system independently without guidance

  8. Proactively identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area and/or systems

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  2. 5+ years of demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects

  3. 5+ years of experience building large-scale infrastructure applications

  4. 5+ years of experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques

  5. 5+ years of experience working with relational databases and SQL

  6. Experience with C, C++, Java, C# or other relevant coding languages
