Emerson Senior / Sales Engineer in Singapore
Achieves Business Unit booking goals for the accounts across the process industry in Singapore.
Works independently within the assigned accounts and industries to grow the pressure management valves business.
Maintains excellent account management skills and build strong relationships with customers and internal service team.
Co-ordinates with sales support team to position and optimize to increase win rates, drive growth, and penetrate new account.
Generates additional business opportunities with effective utilization of service center.
Works closely with Business Unit Marketing team and engage Product / Industry Specialists to plan and pro-actively drive business development.
Leverages with multi-division sales team on relationship and participate in joint pursuits.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of relevant technical sales experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, water, water treatment, power, mining and/or related process industries.
Technical knowledge of industrial valves would be preferred.
Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API standard would be preferred.
Strong communications and relationship building skills that can successfully translate sales leads to order and can work collaboratively internally.
Proactive in learning more on the product portfolio and understanding how to differentiate product offerings.
