Meta Product Marketing Lead, Southeast Asia and India in Singapore

Summary:

Meta seeks a product marketing leader to drive adoption and growth of advertising solutions for customers across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Whatsapp, and future applications and services. In this role, as a thought leader, you will represent the full product roadmap and suite of product and solution offerings to stakeholders, external clients and partners. They must have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on successful product revenue and product adoption programs. The demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and tactical execution in support of channel marketing efforts is also required. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of the advertising market and Meta’s advertising products and the ability to successfully manage a large, distributed team in a cross-functional, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience influencing VP/ senior stakeholders in the organization, including product and sales leaders around the world. At the same time, the leader of this regional product marketing team will need to be a strong, hands-on operational manager who is able to execute against business objectives while growing and developing teams and individuals. This is a full time position based in Singapore.

  3. Rally focus and prioritisation for resources and customised product solutions for your advertisers and region.

  4. Influence product roadmap & prioritization through market intelligence to build for APAC

  5. Partner with regional Sales leadership and product marketing managers to set product adoption goals, develop execution strategies, track and analyze performance, and drive adoption of our advertising solutions.

  6. Design effective Go To Market strategy for multi ecosystem ad solutions

  7. Design team’s operating model to build systems for collaboration, cascade & scale within the org’s continuously evolving structure

  8. Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across product marketing organization to maximize growth and scale impact

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 15+ years professional experience in technology or advertising

  2. Product marketing experience in the web technology sector and/or demonstrated ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels

  3. Experience presenting to groups/C-level executives

  4. Proven record of building, mentoring and leading a team, characterized by a culture of inclusion and engagement

  5. Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders

  6. Customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity

  7. Demonstrated ability to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives

  8. Organization and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
