Google Emerging Product Lead, Product and Sales Activation in Singapore

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience working in Digital Ads, Marketing, Advertising, Management Consulting, Strategy, or related fields.
Experience working on advertising products and solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in product management and activation.
Experience of managing Product development cycles.
Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
Experience with planning and execution, with the ability to manage and prioritize projects.
Ability to communicate and present to senior stakeholders.
The Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team is responsible for creating and scaling solutions for GCS advertisers. In this role, the team will drive the commercialization strategy for Google’s advertising business and help shape the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements of the diverse group of advertisers. The team helps customers grow by launching new products to market and channeling customer feedback to the product teams.

Develop go-to-market strategies of new and emerging products or features.
Partner with Global teams to develop new Products and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes.
Lead project teams to activate pilots and full launches, and work cross-functionality with Marketing and other required teams.
Lead collection, analysis, and prioritization of market feedback into Product teams. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new products and features.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across functions, and communicate product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders.
